Wow, is it ever easy to just keep spending... Christmas is barely a memory and there are just so many bargains out there... I'm staying HOME as much as possible to avoid the lure of shopping. It's too cold for me to enjoy walking around outside; I spend more money when I can amble from store to store in climate-controlled comfort - hence, last week's trip to the teenybopper mall 20 miles away because it's INSIDE.
There's a newish plaza where I live but I don't like shopping there because it's outdoors. To me it's a place to just get item X and go, instead of a place to comfortably linger and check out some sales.
